The Glacier of 2008

It is now April 7th and it's still there. This is what the weather at the cabin still looks like...

*Please see the post "Snowed In" from February*

Maybe Spring will get here in August :)

Were those pictures taken in April? If so I am sad. I was hoping it would be warm when I got there. I just bought a cute short sleeve sweater that I wanted to wear. Dang-it!

Yup- I took those photos yesterday between the sessions of GC.
It is warmer down in the valley, but it honestly is not our typical spring. It has been snowing all day today and it is freezing. The trees don't even have buds on them yet.
I know that one day Spring will just burst into life and it will be glorious! Wishful thinking?... Maybe :)

Oh my goodness... I don't mean to brag but... I love California:-) Haha! Where's your cabin at?

The Cabin is near Park City, Utah.

We were joking that it is like a huge glacier that won't go away! It is solid ice/snow and you have to hike over it to get to the front door. It is probably still 4 feet deep.

Oh mercy! The agony of snow. I've been trying to call about the weather but he's not taking my calls. Maybe better luck next week!

I pretty much looked out the window this morning and then got back into bed when I saw the snow on our lawn. Boo Sprinter!

Sprinter???
I like that term but I hate the weather. Everything has its "season" (yes I went there- LOL) and it is now time for winter to end. So let it be written, so let it be done.
