planning for the future is escapism, lack of charisma can be fatal, knowing yourself lets you understand others, ambivalence can ruin your life, symbols are more meaningful than things themselves, anger or hate can be a useful motivating force, a sincere effort is all you can ask, the cruelest disappointment is when you let yourself down, the mundane is to be cherished, expiring for love is beautiful but stupid, a positive attitude means all the difference in the world.
At 4 PM May 20, 2010 my vacation starts!! Lesley, Jenny, and I are
going to Moab for the weekend with my singles ward. We'll get there
Friday around noon and go for a hike (destination undecided but i'm
leaning toward Delicate Arch) then have a group activity that night.
Saturday is a river raft trip, aka massive water fight. I'm so excited
to go camping and not have to worry about my contacts :)
