I've begun working out again (shocker) and I've been doing light
weight lifting and muscle toning instead of my go-to cardio on the
eliptucal. I have done so many squats and lunges in the last two days
that I can hardly sit down!!!
People with amazing bodies must be sore ALL the time!!

Amen. I just started running every day after taking like a decade off from exercise. So painful!
no... people with amazing bodies can just do a little jog and keep it up. It's us normal people who have to work out butts off and be sore for months and see a little tiny bit of progress. I feel your pain,... in the process of working of baby #2! Blah.
I totally agree. I always feel awful after working out and it never gets better.
