planning for the future is escapism, lack of charisma can be fatal, knowing yourself lets you understand others, ambivalence can ruin your life, symbols are more meaningful than things themselves, anger or hate can be a useful motivating force, a sincere effort is all you can ask, the cruelest disappointment is when you let yourself down, the mundane is to be cherished, expiring for love is beautiful but stupid, a positive attitude means all the difference in the world.
Raise the litter box 1 inch
The cats like to play in the new box- they love to jump on to the toilet from the box (good sign) and kick the litter out (which is why we only put as little as possible in there). Note to self: need to go buy a small hand-held broom. We need to ween them off of using a lot of litter, they only need enough to clump and they don't bury it any how.
So far, so good :)

I've never seen a cat jump onto a toilet before (quite obviously,I limit my association with cats due to allergies) but I think if I saw one do that I would be slightly freaked out. It's a great sign though that they are jumping onto it from the box.
