planning for the future is escapism, lack of charisma can be fatal, knowing yourself lets you understand others, ambivalence can ruin your life, symbols are more meaningful than things themselves, anger or hate can be a useful motivating force, a sincere effort is all you can ask, the cruelest disappointment is when you let yourself down, the mundane is to be cherished, expiring for love is beautiful but stupid, a positive attitude means all the difference in the world.

Alice: You know that stuff they're selling now at the local shop?
Geraldine:Which stuff?
Alice: I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.
Geraldine:Oh yes
Alice: Well, I can't believe it's not butter.
Geraldine: Yeah, well I believe that is the idea, yeah.
Alice:Then yesterday, I went to Crookenden and I bought this other stuff, like a sort of home-brand, you know?
Geraldine: Yes...
Alice: And you know, I can't believe it's not I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
Geraldine: Mmm. I'm losing you now.
Alice: Well, you know I Can't Believe It's Not Butter?
Geraldine: Yeah, you think it is butter.
Alice: No no, I mean you know the stuff that I can't believe is not butter is called I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.
Geraldine: Probably, yeah, yeah<
Alice: Well I can't believe the stuff that is not I Can't Believe It's Not Butter is not I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and I can't believe that both I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and the stuff that I can't believe is not I Can't Believe It's Not Butter are both, in fact, not butter. And I believe they both might be butter, in a cunning disguise. And in fact there's a lot more butter around than we all thought there was.

I haven't read the books, as you know, but I looked the movie up and-eww- are the vampires supposed to be this ugly? I hope that isn't too mean, but just based on the actors I'm not particulary enticed.
I know! That's why I had issue with the casting. I hope their personalities "sexy" them up :)
Side Note- Alli I lvoe your backgrounds for your blog... where do you get them??
Initially I did not like any of the people that where cast for the movie, however, the longer I look at their pictures, the more I like them. I hope their personalities fit well and spice things up!
I agree with you Haley. No matter what, the cast will never be "perfect" for us die-hard readers, but let's see how it all turns out before we judge. We all might be pleasantly surprised :)
